PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE FORM

I, hereby grant Ire Market & Spiritual Healing By Iya OsunDara and its representatives, employees, agents, and assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to:

Take, use, display, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, televise, and create derivative works of my name, image, likeness, voice, and performance (collectively, "My Likeness") captured in photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings (collectively, "Media") obtained all session & teachings.

I understand that Ire Market & Spiritual Healing by Iya OsunDara intends to use My Likeness in various media, including but not limited to:

Promotional materials
Marketing campaigns
Social media
Websites
Advertising

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of My Likeness.

I release and discharge Ire Market & Spiritual Healing by Iya OsunDara and its representatives, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have regarding the use of My Likeness, including but not limited to claims for:

Invasion of privacy
Defamation
Misrepresentation

I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full right and authority to grant this release.

I understand that this release is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this release and grant The Business the rights and permissions described above.
